Returns & Exchanges Policy

Orders may be returned up to 30 days after your orders tracked date of delivery. Returns must be in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories.

Return Fee's

A return label fee applies based on your location and will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, you’ll receive an invoice, and the return label will be approved once the invoice is paid.

Australia: $10

United States: $15

Canada: $20


Full Conditions

  • You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
  • You produce your original Belle & Bloom (receipt) when you return the item 
  • The item is in original saleable condition: 
    - With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
    - In an unworn, unopened and unused state
  • Final/sample sale purchases (i.e. Any item discounted 60% or more off the original retail cost) are ineligible for returns of any kind.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note, gift cards will expire in 3 years after purchase.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Belle & Bloom reserves the right to refuse an exchange or store credit on change of mind items. Belle & Bloom will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.  


Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive a notification once your refund is issued. Depending on your bank’s processing times, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• If your tracking shows the parcel has arrived, please allow up to 5 business days from the delivery date for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Unfortunately, we can only process refunds to the original payment account used for the purchase. If you experience any issues receiving your refund, please contact your bank for assistance.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is a unique code generated for your return. It helps us and our warehouse identify which order your return parcel is associated with, ensuring a smooth processing of your return.

Oversized fit products will sit loosely on the body for a look that is all about being effortlessly chic. If you sit between sizes, or are on the smaller end of your size range, we recommend that you size down for products described as having an “oversized fit”.
